Apply now to register your school to participate in the USN Rugby Week Festivals in 2027.

Applications closing soon after which we will notify the schools who has been admitted.

The reason for the process is for one reason only, to prevent us from allowing schools on the week that we can not provide strength vs strength matches for.

USN Rugby Week for High Schools 25 - 28 March 2027

I acknowledge that the registration request will only become a confirmed booking after accepted to become part.

Invoices would be issued once your School was accepted by the organisers.

Bookings will only be considered as a valid booking after invoicing and the required deposits were paid.

Camp Discovery can not keep space for teams until deposits are received.

Camp fee – R 2 935 excl.VAT per player

1 coach per team free

2nd coach per team charged the Camp Fee

3rd and more coaches per team charged the normal Camp Discovery rates

(All activities are inclusive with the fee)

A DEPOSIT OF R5000 PER TEAM WOULD BE REQUIRED AFTER YOU WHERE ACCEPTED TO SECURE YOUR SPOT.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are not refundable.

CANCELLATION

No cancellations of teams will be accepted.

Thank you for completing the online registration to become part of this event. The next part is very important to take the final step in securing your spot in registering for the USN Rugby Week. Camp Discovery can not secure your spot in the registration process until you've completed all the steps in the registration process.

Your Principal need to sign the registration form.

A Pdf document will automatically be created and mailed to you.

Please have the document signed by the Principal & returned.
